Magnesia Spinel Brick Details
It is an ideal refractory material for cement self-transition zone. This brick is mainly used on the top of steel-making flat hearth furnace, electric arc furnace, high temperature tunnel kiln, large cement rotary kiln, non-ferrous metal smelting furnace, etc.
Features
1. Magnesia Spinel Brick has excellent kiln skin performance;
2. Its thermal conductivity is low (1000℃, 2.27w/m·k), and its thermal expansion coefficient is small (1000℃, 1.217%);
3. The product has excellent structural flexibility, and has strong corrosion resistance and permeability resistance to K2SO4, Na2SO4, NaCl, KCl alkali metal salts decomposed by cement materials.
4. The load has a high softening temperature and excellent thermal shock resistance. It can be applied to the key parts of SP and NSP kilns with high temperature, high speed, strong alkali corrosion and high mechanical load.
Application
Magnesia Spinel Brick has the characteristics of high refractoriness, good alkali resistance and excellent refractoriness under load, and is mainly used in the regenerator of high temperature furnaces such as glass furnaces. It can also be used to make ladle casting materials, which can greatly improve the corrosion resistance of steel plate lining.
