Fireclay Brick Details
Fireclay Brick is a small artificial brick used for construction, made of clay (including shale, coal stone and other powders) as the main raw material. It is durable and has the advantages of fire prevention, heat insulation, sound insulation and moisture absorption, and can be widely used in civil engineering. The brick has the characteristics of low porosity, high strength, good resistance to thermal flaking and wear resistance and creep resistance.
Features
Fireclay Brick has good high temperature fire resistance under load
Low thermal expansion at high temperatures
Lower impurity content
Good thermal shock resistance
Excellent slag wear resistance
Good cold compression strength
Product Advantages
Fireclay Brick is the most widely used refractory material made of refractory clay minerals and is calcined at a high temperature of 1300 to 1400°C. It can be easily found in nature and contains a suitable content ratio of silica, sapphire and alumina. Refractory clay bricks have low porosity and are durable to various reheating processes. Clay bricks can be widely used in metallurgy, blast furnaces and hot blast stoves, chemical industry waste incinerators, glass melting furnaces. It is the first choice for permanent lining materials of thermal equipment.

Semi-silica brick refers to an aluminum-silicon refractory product with a SiO2 content of greater than 65% and an Al2O3 content of 15% to 30%. They generally use clay containing quartz impurities or native kaolin refractory clay or tailings and pyroph...
The Al2O3 content of anchor bricks is above 55%, and some users require that the alumina content reach 75%, and the load softening temperature of 75% bricks reaches 1550C. However, in actual use, anchor bricks with high aluminum content cannot be enough. The key is Flexibility is the most important t...
