Insulation refractory castable is an amorphous light-weight thermal insulation material formulated with high-quality light aggregate refractory powder, binder and admixture.
It is castable refractories to improve thermal insulation by using refractory aggregate of high porosity. It is generally used in lining material in various heat treatment furnace. Our company's products are contributing in saving-energy by high thermal insulation property.
Insulation refractory castable with low bulk density, and the basic body density is about 0.8-1.5. The castable contains many pores, low bulk density, small thermal conductivity and good thermal insulation effect. Lightweight castable is made of aluminate cement, high alumina fine material, ceramsite, plus several additives. The product has light volume, high compressive strength, acid and acid gas corrosion resistance. Heat insulation, heat preservation, low water absorption and other characteristics, simple construction, is an ideal product for construction with alkali-resistant parts at high temperature.
Insulation refractory castable mainly used as anti-corrosion lining, such as flue, chimney, pickling tank, nitric acid concentration tower, acid recovery furnace and other container lining corroded by acidic high temperature gas, etc., the use temperature is 900-1200 ℃.
It is suitable for the furnace body, furnace wall and furnace roof of medium and low temperature thermal engineering equipment. After pouring on the site, the insulation layer becomes a whole, and the insulation performance is enhanced. It is used in various power station boilers and industrial furnaces.
