Low Creep Clay Brick Details
The low creep clay brick is made of super coke, andalusite and fused mullite with a small amount of additives. The high quality hot air furnace clay brick with the porosity of 1-3 ~ 15%, creep rate of 0 ~ 0 8%, softening temperature of 0 2Mpa under load of 1 472 ℃, and compressive strength of 0 0MPa at room temperature was developed by the process of three-level battering and co-grinding powder. The clay brick has good volume stability, creep and wear resistance at high temperature.
Application
Widely used in metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, petroleum, machinery manufacturing, silicate, power and other industrial fields, widely used in hot air furnace.
Low creep clay bricks are further improved in the production process of ordinary clay bricks, mainly to meet the requirements of the working environment of blast furnace. The upsizing of blast furnace requires higher air temperature of blast furnace hot blast furnace. Due to the increase of wind temperature, the requirement of clay bricks used in hot air furnace is also raised, which requires better high-temperature volumetric stability, creep and wear resistance. Therefore, ordinary clay bricks produced entirely from clay can no longer meet the requirements of high wind and hot wind, so it is necessary to produce high quality clay bricks with low creep. Low creep clay brick with raw materials must be compact structure, high purity, less impurities, to avoid any products when burning too much liquid and lower creep resistance, often with the chamotte clinker as aggregate, products are also so good thermal shock resistance and erosion resistance, thus will generally add part of mullite, generally around 1400 ° C in firing.

Semi-silica brick refers to an aluminum-silicon refractory product with a SiO2 content of greater than 65% and an Al2O3 content of 15% to 30%. They generally use clay containing quartz impurities or native kaolin refractory clay or tailings and pyroph...
The Al2O3 content of anchor bricks is above 55%, and some users require that the alumina content reach 75%, and the load softening temperature of 75% bricks reaches 1550C. However, in actual use, anchor bricks with high aluminum content cannot be enough. The key is Flexibility is the most important t...
