Ceramic fiber modules are made from compressed ceramic fiber blanket. These modules are specially designed to meet or improve the thermal insulation requirements of industrial furnaces in some special thermal conditions. The fiber modules are produced with various anchoring systems to enable quick, easy and efficient installation in most furnace linings. Modules have the reliable thermal maintenance and long time treatment. Module linings prevent heat loss, increasing the furnace productivity and reducing maintenance costs.
The ceramic fiber module is a new refractory lining product launched to simplify and speed up the kiln construction and improve the integrity of the lining. The product is white in color and regular in size, and can be directly fixed on the anchor nail of the steel plate of the furnace shell of the industrial kiln. It has good refractory and heat insulation effects, improves the integrity of the refractory and heat insulation of the kiln, and promotes the progress of the kiln masonry technology Classification temperature 1050-1400℃.

4) Thermal shock resistance: The refractory fiber lining has particularly excellent resistance to severe temperature fluctuations. The fiber lining can be heated or cooled at any fast rate under the premise that the heated part can withstand it.
