This article will provide a detailed introduction on how to accurately measure the thermal conductivity of the brick, as follows: There are two types of methods for measuring the thermal conductivity of refractory bricks: steady-state method and non-stationary method. The steady-state method usually uses a flat plate thermal conductivity meter, which mainly consists of heating plates, cooling plates, heat protection plates, and calorimeters. In steady-state testing, the sample to be tested is in a stable temperature field, and the heat flux per unit area of the sample is measured.
